End of tenancy cleaning requires your property to be completely empty before our team moves in to clean it. The reason being it can prevent the professional cleaning.
In case it is impossible your Flat/House to be emptied please ensure that you store your possessions together in room/corner.
The refrigerator will have to be defrosted 24h before we arrive.
The prices shown on the site include:
1.One bathroom in the property. In case of more, a surcharge applies
2.Single oven. In the case of an additional and or larger one, an additional fee applies
3.Single fridge. In the case of an additional and ,or larger one (American style ), an additional fee applies
We provide a 72-hour warranty, and in some cases, we may be able to respond even beyond that period.
The guarantee is valid when after the cleaning service,the customer doesn’t stay, he or his belongings in the property. In the event that this happens, we refuse to guarantee the cleaning
No refund claims will be given once the cleaning service has been carried out. If for any reason the Client is dissatisfied with any aspect they must notify the Company within 24 hours and this will be rectified.
All of our prices are total – including ALL TAXES.
In addition to your service price, Congestion Charge,Ulez Charge and parking charges may apply.
